Conine Coastal Estates is pre-launch. Client letters, completed-project portfolio, and historic-restoration case studies will publish as builds and restorations complete. We’d rather show you nothing than show you a portfolio that doesn’t yet exist.

Estates’ launch position

Conine Coastal Estates is the construction + renovation subsidiary of the Conine Coastal Group, anchored on David Conine’s 20 years of construction + 15 years of museum and historic-preservation experience. We’re scheduled as Phase 4 (Months 25–36+) of the parent rollout — after Real Estate (Phase 1), Home Services (Phase 2), and Development (Phase 3) establish the operating foundation.

Client letters and portfolio publish as we:

  • Complete our first historic restoration in St. Augustine’s HARB district (preservation case studies).
  • Deliver our first coastal-specific custom build (architect, engineer, and homeowner reference letters).
  • Complete first whole-home modernization for a HNW client (renovation portfolio).

Florida contractor licensing decision pending. Project pricing not finalized. Phase numbers reference the Conine Coastal Group launch sequencing plan.
